Booking a Tee Time

Golf Booking Procedures
Tee times must be confirmed directly with the Experience at
Koele golf operation. Tee times must be telephoned directly
into the Experience at Koele 90 days prior to the requested
play dates. Tee times are subject to availability and will be
confirmed 90 days prior to requested play dates.
Reservations by mail are not acceptable due to the potential time delay. The telephone/fax numbers to the golf pro shops are as follows:

The following information is required when confirming reservations:
1. Guest name
2. Date and tee time preferred
3. Arrival and departure information
Cancellations:
Cancellations received within 72 hours prior to scheduled tee time will be assessed a penalty charge equal to one round of golf.
